Becky Bowen learned to bird in South Texas at the age of 50. One of the first birds she saw through a pair of binoculars was a Blue Bunting. Things just got better after that. She is an artist from Caspar, CA, and has been active in the Mendocino Coast Audubon Society Save Our Shorebirds program since its beginning in 2007.
